• Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients
  • Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers
  • Discuss terms with prospective buyers on sales packages
  • Provide professional after-sales service in order to maintain its relationship and reputation
  • Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process
  • Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Sales


  • Good knowledge of cities of Australia and UK a definite advantage
  • Experience in overseas property is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Fluency written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be advantage
  • Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve
  • Hands on PC Skills such as Microsoft Office
