Responsibilities
- Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients
- Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers
- Discuss terms with prospective buyers on sales packages
- Provide professional after-sales service in order to maintain its relationship and reputation
- Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process
- Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Sales
Requirements
- Good knowledge of cities of Australia and UK a definite advantage
- Experience in overseas property is a plus
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Fluency written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be advantage
- Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve
- Hands on PC Skills such as Microsoft Office
