Responsibilities
工作範疇
- Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating plans for mainland marketing activities
負責策劃、執行和評估內地市場營銷活動的計劃
- Content marketing includes content creation and promotion on online and offline channels
內容營銷包括線上及線下渠道上創建和推廣內容
- Manage and monitor social media activities, such as XHS, WeChat, Baidu, etc., and provide regular reports
管理及監測社交媒體活動,如小紅書、微信、百度等,並定期提供報告
- Conduct research to obtain the latest market trend information and come up with new ideas to improve performance
進行研究以獲取最新的市場趨勢信息,並提出新的想法以提升業績
- Cooperation and communication with mainland KOLs
與內地KOL 合作和溝通
- Handle temporary tasks according to the work assigned by the commander
根據管理層分配的工作處理臨時任務
Requirements
入職要求
- University graduate/Diploma/Associated degree holder
大學畢業/文憑/副學士學位持有者
- More than 3 years’ experience in marketing
具3年或以上的市場營銷經驗
- Strong marketing sense and attentive to details
市場營銷意識強,注重細節
- Experience in copy writing in both Chinese and English
有中英文文案寫作經驗
- Ability to work in a tight timeline and work well as a team
能夠在緊迫的時間內工作並進行良好的團隊合作
- Hand on experience in social media platform like WeChat, XHS, Weibo, Baidu, etc
有微信、小紅書、微博、百度等社群媒體平台的實務經驗
- Independent, creative and result oriented
獨立、有創意、以結果為導向
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
良好的中英文口說和書寫能力
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. (Proficient in Adobe software is a bonus)

- Experience in owning personal blog or social media channel for company is a plus
