International Property Consultant / Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients
  • Attend company marketing events and drive sales to potential buyers
  • Discuss terms with prospective buyers on sales packages
  • Provide professional after-sales service in order to maintain its relationship and reputation
  • Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the purchasing process
  • Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of cities of Australia and UK a definite advantage
  • Experience in overseas property is a plus
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Fluency written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be advantage
  • Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve
  • Hands on PC Skills such as Microsoft Office

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and monitoring of marketing, media & budget plan
  • Implementing plans & activities for marketing campaign
  • Initiate creative writing for social media and update website promotional materials
  • Maintain existing company channels and online platforms
  • Support sales & marketing activities to generate sales leads
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as per assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • University graduate/Diploma/Associated degree holder
  • More than 3 years’ experience in marketing
  • Strong marketing sense and attentive to details
  • Experience in copy writing in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to work in a tight timeline and work well as a team
  • Hand on experience in marketing advertising platform like social media, Google, Yahoo, etc
  • Independent, creative and result oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. (Proficient in Adobe software is a bonus)
  • Experience in owning personal blog or social media channel for company is a plus
  • Working, education and living experience in Australia or UK is a plus

Immigration Manager / Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Managing a high volume of visa cases and applying technical knowledge to migration matters activity levels for investment and skilled migration to Australia, New Zealand, and other countries.
  • Developing strong client relationships with our clients
  • Understanding our broad service offerings to enable identification of business opportunities on engagements
  • Supervising and supporting team members to understand their responsibilities and how to deliver high quality customer service

Requirements

  • Over 3 years’ experience in related discipline
  • Proven technical ability over a broad range of migration matters to manage and advise on complex migration issues
  • Ability and sense to provide accurate immigration advice
  • Registered Australia or Canada immigration consultant / attorney is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to identify professional risk and to mitigate those risks
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and manage time
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
