悉尼樓價創下1988年以來
最大年度升幅
澳洲現正處在有史以來最低息環境，加上政府的刺激政策下，澳洲樓價去年勁升22% ，創30年來最大升幅。悉尼樓價強勢急升25.3%，創下1988年以來的最大年度升幅。澳洲地產數據網站Domain的季度租金報告亦顯示，全澳所有首府城市的單棟住宅及公寓單位租金都上升。
而市場報告亦顯示悉尼私的清盤率亦有上升趨向，同時空置率亦持下降趨勢，截至本年2月，空置率是4年來的低位，下降至1.7%，以上兩個利好指標反映出不論自住或租務市場的需求同樣高企。澳洲四大银行之一的澳新銀行(ANZ)預測首府城市的平均樓價今年將上升8%。
綜合以上數據，市場普遍認為悉尼樓市將在2022年有更好表現，印證現時正是入手好時機。
