Australia 108 will be the tallest building in Melbourne and home to the tallest apartments in the Southern Hemisphere.

The new landmark, designed by award-winning architects Fender Katsalidis, adopts dynamic architecture with a fully glazed iconic curved tower with interiors by world renowned firms Carr Design Group and HBA.
Australia 108 embraces the vibrant vertical communities with a full suite of on-site amenities for use by residents of the building will offer one of the world’s most luxurious lifestyles and largest communal recreation facilities in Australia as well as world-class living.

The grand entrance lobbies can be accessed from City Road and Southbank Boulevard with an internal porte-cochere vehicle drop-off amongst multiple retail tenancies accessible from a new arcade through the ground level between City Road and Southbank Boulevard.

The tower is being developed by Singaporean company World Class Land, a subsidiary of Aspial Corporation headed by billionaire businessman Koh Wee Seng, and is aiming for completion in early 2019.
