Designed by PBD Architects, the development will deliver 332 residences, comprising 308 apartments and 24 live-work units, within two striking 36-storey towers that rise above a two-level podium featuring retail and commercial spaces.

The architectural design prioritises natural light, ventilation, and privacy, with the majority of apartments configured as corner residences. Residents will have access to an array of high-end amenities, including an elevated swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, outdoor gym, BBQ area, and wellness spaces catering to yoga and tai chi enthusiasts.

The ground-level design integrates a network of landscaped pedestrian laneways, enhancing connectivity and creating a vibrant, activated precinct.
