STH BNK By Beulah is a project of an unprecedented scale for Melbourne, drawing together leading figures in international design and placemaking to create a world-class, multi-use development that sets a benchmark in liveable urban design.

This will be a city within a city. An ecosystem that is culturally enriching, imbued with a sense of community and belonging. A place where everything is connected and curated. • Dutch architecture firm UNStudio and Melbourne-based Cox Architecture competed against 12 other teams to win the design for STH BNK by Beulah.
• Landscape designed by the world renowned urban design practice Grant Associates, recognised globally for designing Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
• Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a global leader in luxury hospitality, has been chosen to manage the hotel within STH BNK By Beulah.
• France’s globally-revered art and culture institution, Centre Pompidou, will join forces to invent the art and culture centre, in partnership with STH BNK By Beulah.
